It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eugene Daniel Kelley Jr. of Slidell, Louisiana, born in Clewiston, Florida, who passed away on June 14, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Martin Vinson of Demorest and Eugene Daniel Kelley Sr. of Atlanta, Georgia.; and his son Kevin Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Decossas Kelley; his children, Kim Kelley and Karissa Kelley Sullivan (Daniel Sullivan); his grandchildren, Kamryn Kelley, Faith Kelley, Shane Mendel III and Eliza Kelley; and his siblings, Evalyn Drake and Robert Kelley. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
