He is survived by: his wife Laura Bowers Toups; his children, Laurie Toups, James Toups (Robin), Denise Capella (Jimmy), Katherine Marino (Randy), Suzie Ware (Ryan) and Melanie Doll (Shawn); and his stepchildren, Billy, Charles and Jody Wherritt.
