He is survived by: his wife Casey Neight Kitchen; his children, Caitlynn Neight (Cade Evans), Michael L. Kitchen, Camryn Kitchen and Chayce Kitchen; his parents, Michael Kitchen and Marilyn Trosclair Kitchen; his brother Richard Kitchen; his sister-in-law Erica Kitchen; his niece Alexis Kitchen; his parents-in-law, Charlesray and Cathy Neight; and his brother-in-law Cody Neight. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
