She was predeceased by: her husband Arnold J. Matherne Jr.; her daughter Lisa M. Duffy; her parents, Rayborn Crotwell and Marie F. Crotwell; and her sister Elaine Horne.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Gadonneix (Chris) and Kenneth Matherne (Danielle); her grandchildren, Eric Gadonneix, David Gadonneix, Tyler Matherne, Cody Matherne and Melinda Batson (Jeremy Sr.); her great grandchildren, Emma Batson and Jeremy Batson Jr.; and her sister Deborah Ryan.
In lieu of flowers, donations to MD Anderson Cancer Center are preferred.
