She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel B. Thompson and Rita Giroir Thompson; her husband John W. Pilet Sr.; her son John W. Pilet Jr. (Claudia); and her siblings, Donald Thompson, Barbara Schreiber, Betty Wertz and Lorena Greenleaf.
She is survived by: her sons, Gerald (Judy), Jeffrey (Sheila) and James. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
