She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman G. Kempf and Bertha Lewry Kempf; and her sister Dolores Zolman. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Lewis (Brian) of Owasso and John "Jack" H. Berlien Jr. (Sherry) of Plano, Texas; and her grandsons, Matthew and John (Lauren). She is also survived by three great-granddaughters.
