Gentry (Melissa) of Grayson; his great-nieces, Mary Elizabeth Cazes of Destrehan and Zoey Lynn Gentry of Grayson; his close friends, JoAnn Sullivan, Jedidiah and Sally Jezek; and his caregivers, Jenny, Physical Therapist, Alicia, Occupational Therapist, Shannon, Lizzy, Sharnell, Tatyana, Stephanie, Jamie, Lori and Yolanda.
