She is survived by: her parents, Linda Campbell and Sammy Campbell; her husband Bobby Repka; her children, Taylor Repka (Jamie) and Thomas Repka (Alexis); her siblings, Steven Ryan (Mamie), Glenn Campbell (Rachel) and Brandie Ezell (Lance); and her grandchildren, Hayden and Cameron Repka.
