He is survived by: his brother Walter Johnston; and his children, Michael, Mitchell Johnston, Holly Greer, Marsha Blatz and Samantha Beasley. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren with one granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (3227 Church St, Slaughter, LA 70777). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
