With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jackie Hughes of Slaughter, Louisiana, who passed away on July 25, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Wally Cornelius; and her father Kenneth Cornelius. She is survived by: her husband Don Ed Hughes; her children, Ashley Hughes Morris (Chad McKowen Morris) and Bradley Ryan Hughes (Amanda Navarro Hughes); her mother Doris Kent Cornelius; her sister Connie Cornelius Anderson (Bart); her sister-in-law Cathy Cornelius; and her grandchildren, Kent Morris, Madison Morris, Kathryn Hughes, Avery Morris, Kennedy Hughes, Gabrielle Morris and Karsyn Hughes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Joni and Friends Disability Ministry.
