She was predeceased by: her husband Barney Quinn; her parents, Harold Thomas Parker, Sr. and Norma Ann Foster Burnett; her stepson William Hugh Quinn; her granddaughter Natasha Burnett; and her great grandchild Chelci Reed.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Burnett (Shonda) and Beverly Penny Doyle (Wesley); her stepson Barry Quinn (Jennifer); her grandchildren, David Reed, Brandy Harrison, Jonathan Burnett and Brandon Burnett; her stepgrandchildren, Ashley Quinn, Kevin Quinn and Amy Quinn; her siblings, Harold Parker, Jr., Calvin Parker (Jeannie), Jimmy Parker (Mary Ann), Curt Parker (Moretta) and Tamra Burnett; and her half-siblings, Thomas Wayne Parker, Patricia Parker and Renee White.
