He was predeceased by: his brother Calvin Edward "Eddie" Parker; and his grandparents, Calvin and Revenal Parker. He is survived by: his children, Hunter Stout, Jordyn Parker, Bryce Parker, Devan Doyle, Austin Clark and Jessica Clark; his parents, Calvin "Arkie" Parker and Mary "Jeannie" Parker; and his siblings, Brad Parker, Eric Parker, Kevin Parker and Kim Parker Dickins (Sammy).
