He was predeceased by: his parents, John Scroggins and Ouida Scroggins; his brother Ronald; his sister-in-law Robbie Scroggins; and his nephew Brent Scroggins.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Dyanne Kilpatrick; his children, Michelle Charpentier (Destry) and Timothy Scroggins (Anna); his grandchildren, Tyler Loya, Natalie Scroggins and Emily Scroggins; his great grandchild Naya Loya; and his sister Sue Carter (Fred).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 630 Factory Outlet Dr, Arcadia, LA 71001.
CJ battled with Alzheimer's disease for many years.
