He is survived by: his mother Darnell Nelms Powell of Slagle; his sister Sandra Wellman (Patrick); his niece Jade Myers (Kyle); and his nephews, Dylan Thompson (Kayton) and Conner Wellman. He is also survived by 3 great nieces and 1 great nephew.
