We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2025, at the age of 76, Alice Faye Walters (Simpson, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Alice Faye leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James and Vivian Faye Hollis Kimball; and her daughter Alicia Walters Talton. She is survived by: her husband Elbert "Gus" Walters; her son Rusty Walters (Christie); her grandchildren, Trey Talton, Justin Walters and Macey Smith (Trenton); her great grandchildren, Myles Talton, River Williams and Riley Smith; and her siblings, Nancy Burns (Woodrow) and Kim Rice (Steven).
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pine Island Cemetery.
