He is survived by: his wife Linda Susan Miller Dugas; his children, Rhett Renee Dugas (Paula), Charles Lane Dugas, Lawrence Paul Dugas (Kathy), Annette Maria Dugas Olson (Mark) and Victorya Johanna Dugas Rohm (Charles); and his sister Elvina Marie Dugas Dukes. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, beloved family, & friends.
