She was predeceased by: her son Terrell Gross; her parents, Amar Gautreaux and Bertha Gautreaux; and her siblings, Mildred, Esther, Ethel, Buddy, Louis, Cotchy and Murphy.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Gross of Simmesport; her children, Kimberly Gross of Simmesport and Gerald Gross of Simmesport; her siblings, Sandra and Freddy; her grandchildren, Jessica Laprairie, Skyler Coco and Stephen Mayeaux, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Elliot, Joseph, McKensy, Jakelynn, Lanie, Arlis and Coleman.
