He was predeceased by: his parents, Blume Mayeux and Cora Mayeux Ducote; his stepfather Alvin J. Ducote; his grandson Larry Mayeaux, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Emmitt Guillot and John Guillot, III; his brothers, John Harold Mayeux and Donald Ducote; and his grandparents, Louise, Lada Talley Mayeux, Florian and Norma Jeansonne.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Dianna Mayeux; and his children, Joseph Mayeux (Renee), Keith Mayeux (Sandra), Cynthia Gremillion (Abbey), Kenneth Mayeux (Connie) and Melissa Mayeaux (Larry).
Due to Covid Mandates, the visitation at the funeral home will be limited to 50 people at a time.
