He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Williams Lewis; his daughter Patricia Lewis Johnson; his grandchild Corianna Reech; his parents, Lyas Lott, Sr. and Rosetta Lewis Lott; and his siblings, Albert Lee Young, Sr., Lyas Lott, Jr., Routha Mae Young Wright, Vernile Lott Johnson and Olevia Lewis Minix.
He is survived by: his son Corey Lewis; his sisters, Jessie Ruth Lott Bennett and Joanna Lott Bacon; and his grandchildren, Loriale Lewis, Recardo Lewis, Amira Guillory, Austin Coleman, Maiah Lewis, Madison Endsley and Andrew Endsley.
