She was predeceased by: her husband Charlie Kimble; her son Jimmy Kimble; her parents, Albert Couvillion and Alice Couvillion; and her sister Gloria Gauf.
She is survived by: her children, Charlie Kimble, Jr. (Vera) of Newton, Johnnie Kimble (Juliet) of Flint, Bobby Kimble of Simmesport, LA., Greg Kimble (Christie) of Simmesport, LA., Dolores Lopez (Gary) of Slaughter, LA., Connie Holloway of Moreauville, LA., Charlene Polotzola (Steve) of Bayou Current, LA. and Shantell St. Romain (Ricky) of Simmesport, LA.; and her siblings, Leonard Couvillion of Pensacola and Catherine Torina of Simmesport. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, thirty-three great grandchildren, and numerous great- great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home (445 E Bontempt St, Marksville, LA 71351). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (657 Main St, Simmesport, LA 71369).
