She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Maddie; her son William "Bill" Maddie; and her parents, William Mayeux and Adele Firment Mayeux. She is survived by: her son Samuel "Tommy" Maddie (Cindy) of Simmesport; her daughter-in-law Leslie Maddie of Flower Mound, TX; and her grandchildren, Mary Allen Maddie, Shelby Maddie, Natalie Maddie, Lindsey Dauzat and Brooke Martel.
