She is survived by: her husband Clarence Batiste of Simmesport; her daughters, Kimberly Batiste of New Orleans and Angela Batiste of New Orleans; her grandchildren, Kimani Batiste of Natchitoches and Ki'lyn Haten of New Orleans; and her siblings, Hammond, Willie Francois, Jr. of Lettsworth, Clementine Rushing (Samuel) of Elgin, Illinois, Elouise Davis (Herbert) of Baton Rouge, Gwendolyn Selmer (Fred) of New Orleans, Abbiegale Francois of Baton Rouge, Melissa McKenny (Kyle) of New Orleans and Timmy (Mary) of Baker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
