She was predeceased by: her former husband Merring Moreau; her parents, Leonard, Sr. Dauzart and Minnie Hetherwick Dauzart; and her brothers, Leonard Dauzart, Jr., James Dauzart and LJ Dauzart.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Moreau of Dequincy, Eric Moreau of Simmesport and Ray Moreau of Moreauville; and her sisters, Billie Scallan of Simmesport and Pat Dauzart of Baton Rouge. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Escude Funeral Home (625 Main St, Simmesport, LA 71369). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (657 Main St, Simmesport, LA 71369). A burial was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Cemetery (705 Main St, Simmesport, LA 71369).
