It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Curtis Mitchel of Simmesport, Louisiana, who passed away on September 6, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Erica Byrd. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Desselle Mitchel of Bordelonville; his children, Ronald Mitchel (Denise), Rebecca Byrd (Bobby), Warren Mitchel (Rochelle) and Christal Davis (Kevin); and his brother Albert Mitchell. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
