Moulard; his children, Tina Bordelon (Richard, Carla Moulard), Allison Braud (Paul) and Greg Moulard; his siblings, Arlene Bell and Dennis Moulard (Fain); his grandchildren, Katie Bordelon, Caroline Melancon, Lauren Moulard, Benjamin Braud, Bailey Moulard and Peyton Moulard; and his great grandchild Owen Melancon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital.
