He was predeceased by: his mother Jeannie Parker Tolbert Burrows; his daughter Rachel Barragan; his grandparents, Elvie B., Gertrude Parker, Floyd and Betty Tolbert; and his niece Katherine Tolbert.
He is survived by: his wife Brandi Townsend Tolbert; his children, Alyssa Barragan, Jaycee Berry, Jeannie Tolbert and Lexie Tolbert; his father Vernon Tolbert; his siblings, Tammy Vines (Shawn), Trevor Tolbert (Rebecca), Zach Parker (Allison) and Craig Parker; and his in-laws, Aaron and Karen Townsend. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Southern Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
