He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Gough and Mary "Lil Maw" Edna Mayes Gough; his son Darrel Gough; and his siblings, J. E. Gough, Faye Gough, Benton Gough, Lavearol Gough, Arzelia "TeeWee" Gough and Laverne Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Nita Polk Gough; his son Lloyd Gough; his grandchildren, Mandy Gough Williams (Jason) and Nikki Gough Lawson (Scotty); and his great grandchildren, Brina, Baylee, Jaylin, Drew, Jay, Braden, Dyllan, Bug and Riley.
