He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gaddy Parker and Mary Catherine McCann Parker. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Hatten Parker; his sister Barbara Janssen of Blanchard; and his nieces, Janet Nalley and Karen Bowden. He is also survived by seven great nieces and nephews.
