He was predeceased by : his father Jack E. Booth; and his siblings-in-law, Regina Booth and Walter Hays. He is survived by : his wife Charlotte P. Booth; his daughter Kimberly B. Stephens (Heath); his great grandchild Whitney Phillips (Bo); his children, Emmi Blake, Case Michael, Paige Lott, Sawyer Stephens, Tyler Furqueron (Alora) and Gunner Stephens (Kaylie); his grandchild Witten; his child Piper Stephens; his mother Bobbie D. Booth; and his siblings, Robert, Larry, Danny Booth and Susan Noonan (Frank). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
