He was predeceased by: his father Jack E. Booth; and his siblings-in-law, Regina Booth and Walter Hays. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte P. Booth; his daughter Kimberly B. Stephens (Heath); his great grandchild Whitney Phillips (Bo); his children, Emmi Blake, Case Michael, Paige Lott, Sawyer Stephens, Tyler Furqueron (Alora) and Gunner Stephens (Kaylie); his grandchild Witten; his child Piper Stephens; his mother Bobbie D. Booth; and his siblings, Robert, Larry, Danny Booth and Susan Noonan (Frank). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, please donate, in Mr. Booth's honor, to First Baptist Church Minden - Building Fund, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
