She was predeceased by: her husband John Stowe; and her mother D. F. McCarty. She is survived by: her sister Cindy McCarty; her daughter Laurie Cody; her sons-in-law, Jon and Danny; her grandchildren, Isabel Parker, Olivia Parker (Chris Tarbell), Claire Hyde and Daniel Hyde (Caroline); and her great grandchildren, Georgia and Lilly Hyde.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Episcopal Church (602 Meander St, Abilene, TX 79602).
