He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathaleene Waller and Donnie Waller; and his brother Jeff Waller. He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, John (Mary Lea), Justin and Jeanne-Anne (Will Moore); and his sisters-in-law, Judy Waller and Nina Harris. He is also survived by cousins and countless friends.
