He is survived by: his wife Sharon Collins Fortenberry; his children, Matthew Fortenberry (Victoria Fortenberry) and Caitlyn Stevenson (Russell Stevenson); his grandchildren, Mary-Collins Stevenson and Frances Stevenson; his brother Dean Fortenberry; his aunt Charlotte Hollingsworth; his mother-in-law Martha Collins; his brother-in-law Todd Collins (Su Collins); his brothers-in-law, Larry Collins and Kelly Collins; his aunt Velma Price; his cousins, Christine Price Buckley (Bobby) and Herman Price; and also Ashli Collins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to St. Judes or to the charity of your choice.
