It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sam Procell Jr. of Shreveport, Louisiana, born in Zwolle, Louisiana, who passed away on March 11, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Procell and Lillie Mae Longoria Procell; his siblings, Mary Stanford, Aline Moore and James M. Procell; and his granddaughter Hannah Parham.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Procell; his children, Darrel Procell (Brenda), Doug Procell (Dolly), Dennis Procell (Cynthia) and Jackie Parham (Wayne); his sister Helen Wallace; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Procell. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.
