She was predeceased by: her parents, Hure Oscar Blue and Lulu Ferguson Blue; her husband Hubert Whatley; her half-sister Dora Mae Blue Blair; and her sister Verna Blue Jones.
She is survived by: her son Brian Whatley; her daughter-in-law Patti of Shreveport, LA; her granddaughter Kati; her grandson-in-law Brad of Stonewall, LA; her sister Verda Blue Moore of Bossier City, LA; and her pet Frank. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren, a soon to arrive great-great-granddaughter.
