It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Leathers Larson (Shreveport, Louisiana), born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on August 16, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Leathers, Linzy O. Leathers and Donna M. Fretheim (Harold); her grandson Alex; her sisters, Anna Thayer of Arlington, Mary Rauder of Houston and Mae Bray; and her niece Mary Ann Breedlove. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
