He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edmund and Althea Donellan Witkowski; and his daughter Michelle Marie Witkowski. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Kelly Witkowski; his children, Brandi Witkowski Kapera (Mark) and Thomas Beau Witkowski (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Claudia, Madilyn, Cayden, Amelia, Carleigh, Jacob, Addison, Reid, Ryan and Davi Claire; and his great grandchildren, Kinley and Kingston.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or to St. Pius X Catholic Church.
