We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2024, at the age of 88, Ronald Jay Hixson of Shreveport, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sue Hixson; his sons, Greg Hixson and Scott Hixson; his daughter-in-law Sharon Hixson; his daughter Romy Meyers; his son-in-law Todd Meyers; his grandson Michael Hixson; his brother Harold Hixson (Pat Hixson); his pets, Max and Molly; and his brother Don.

The family asks that donations be made to the Simple Church instead of flowers or other gifts.
