Hazen and Ronald Lee Hazen; his siblings, Steve Hazen, Debra Reed (Hazen) and Cheryl Holloway (Hazen); and his nieces and nephews, Chas Holloway, Adrian Holloway, Kelly Cal Reed and Lauren Reed.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Osborn Funeral Home (3631 Southern Ave, Shreveport, LA 71104).
