He is survived by: his children, Justin Perry (Sarah) and Jessica Perry (Maranda); his siblings, Harry Perry (Marie) and Peggy Fike (Ken); his stepsiblings, Glenn McGree (Michelle) and Whitney Head (Tommy); his grandchildren, Ace Perry, Brooklyn, Elijah and Jaxson Guerra; and also Jeremy Guerra.
