It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pop Pete Falcon of Shreveport, Louisiana, born in Zwolle, Louisiana, who passed away on September 27, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Ernest Falcon and Isabell Falcon (Garza); and his wife Helen Falcon. He is survived by: his children, Frank D. Falcon, Jr. of Zwolle, LA, Deborah Sarrett of Bossier City, LA and Merri Falcon of Bossier City, LA; and his siblings, Imojean Lineweber of Beatrice, NE, Peggy Cochran of Frierson, LA, Elizabeth Durr of Natchitoches, LA, Ollie McClain of Pineville, LA and David Falcon of Haughton, LA. He is also survived by two grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Warren Meadows Funeral Home (1008 Obrie St, Zwolle, LA 71486). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Aimwell Baptist Church (1892 LA-1215, Zwolle, LA 71486).
