He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewitt Robinette and Uralee Conley Robinette; and his former wives, Kay Taylor and Sylvia Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Pope DeFoy; his daughters, Becky Pennington (David) and Rachel Garner; his stepdaughters, Holly Willis and Andrea Robinson; his grandchildren, Katie Garner Welch (Matt), Matthew Garner, Bryan Pennington (Brianna), Amy Garner Mullen (Eddie) and Phillip Brandon Pennington (Alex); his great grandchildren, Dillan, Merrick, Noelle, Landen, Finn and Brodie; and his siblings, Eudora Ebarb (Jim) and Huey Robinette.
