He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Mammarelli and Mary Stella Mammarelli; and his children, Jerry and Pam Cothard. He is survived by: his wife Eloise; his children, Mark (Debora) and Lisa Gray (Rusty); and his friends, Malcolm, Kay McAbee, Nick and Eloise. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers. memorials may be made to Catholic Charities of North Louisiana or Alzheimer's Association.
