He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Burroughs and Maxine Foster; his stepfather Joe Foster; his siblings, Edward "Eddie", Charles "Charlie", Richard Burroughs and Elizabeth "Liz" Marley; and his daughter Kelley Hair.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cyndie" Basco Burroughs; his son Joshua "Josh" Burroughs; his sister Patricia "Pat" Trotter (Jon); his stepdaughters, Michelle Higdon (Chris), Sissy McClain (Mac) and Jamie Basco (Cliff); and his sister-in-law Cathy Burroughs. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
