She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Sneed and Vivian Sneed; her son Thomas H. Willis, III; and her sister Leonora Wixon. She is survived by: her husband Hugh Phillips; and her daughters, Sherry Merrill (Ken), Pamela Stinson (Matt Green) and Jody Dion (Roger). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Northwest Louisiana.
