He is survived by: his wife Amy Phagan Hayes of Frierson; his mother Jackie Jenkins Cathey of Stonewall; his brother Terry Hayes; his sister-in-law Tyrha Hayes of Frierson; his in-laws, Kenneth, Carolyn Phagan of Bossier City, Peppi, Steve, Cassie Wilde of Benton, Steven, Katie Flanagan of Benton, Branston, Alarra Flanagan of Benton and Chelsie Megan Bailiff of Bossier City; and his grandchildren, Braiden Jones, Armani "Millie" Mason, Hallie Greer, Mack, Beck, Gracie, Isla Stone Flanagan, Bowen and Ivy Hanson.
