She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Durr; her parents, John Richard and Margarette Doxey; her sisters, Dorothy Doxey Branch and Margery Doxey; her niece Debra Branch Mills; and her great-niece Annalyse Renee Hopkins.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Datha Branch Hopkins, Ellen Elliott Hitt (Dennis), James J. Elliot, Jr. and Dr. R. Stephen Elliot (Mary Ellen); her great-nephews, Joel Richard Mills (Heather), Jaron Daniel Hopkins and Dr. James J. Elliot III; and her great-niece Fran Elliott Robles.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church the Pentecostals of Bossier City (2833 Viking Dr, Bossier City, LA 71111). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Global Missions UPCI, Urshan Graduate School, or Bossier Christian Academy in care of The Pentecostals of Bossier church.
