He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Parratt and Elsie Parratt; and his sisters, Doris Jean Parratt and Janet Tessier. He is survived by: his wife Donna Anderson Parratt; his children, Amy Parratt Donald (David Seth Donald) of Covington, LA and Lyle Franklin Parratt III (Emily Glass Parratt) of Shreveport, LA; his grandchildren, Mary Brooks Donald of Covington, LA, Eliza Donald of Covington, LA, Mae Donald of Covington, LA and Lyle Franklin Parratt IV of Shreveport, LA; and his sister Jean Brown (Mike Brown) of Shreveport, LA.. He is also survived by his children and all their friends.
