He was predeceased by: his parents, Duson Elio Hoover, Sr. and Martha Ratcliff Hoover; and his siblings, Eloise Effler, Ethel Harlow, Odette Sallinger, Duson Hoover, Jr. and John Hoover.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie B. Hoover; his children, Courtney Rush, Ryan Hoover, Logan Hoover and Scott Chaisson; and his grandchildren, Mia Mckenzie Hoover, Lakelyn Hoover and Viktor Georgeff.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Osborn Funeral Home (3631 Southern Ave, Shreveport, LA 71104). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
