She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee and Mary Ethel Wall Griffith; and her siblings, Gwen Sheffield, Darlene Aberl (Marty), Marcille Bryant (Donald) and Bill Griffith (Dorothy).
She is survived by: her husband Sam Springer of Mooringsport, LA; her son Steve Springer, MD (Amy Allien Springer); and her grandchildren, Jacob of Lake Charles, LA, Lily of Lake Charles, LA and Beck of Lake Charles, LA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home (1815 Marshall St, Shreveport, LA 71101). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mooringsport United Methodist Church (221 Lake St, Mooringsport, LA 71060).
