It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Jean Thorne (Shreveport, Louisiana), born in Tucker, Georgia, who passed away on March 4, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Eugene "Gene" Womack and Emma Dean "Lightning" Cruce. She is survived by: her spouse Richard G. Thorne; her children, Julane Monahan (Thomas) of Shreveport, LA, Shannon Brookshire (Linda) of Shreveport, LA and Christy Taylor (Billy) of Longview, TX; and her grandchildren, Ainsley Brookshire, Preston Taylor and Erin Monahan.
